I began my career in China, bridging business strategy with data insights to improve customer experience and performance.
Since moving to Sweden in 2019, I’ve gained a global outlook and a strong appreciation for Swedish culture and collaboration.

I’m currently expanding my expertise through the Digital Analytics programme at IHM Business School, focusing on digital & data analysis, CRO, data visualization, business intelligence, customer journey analysis, and web analytics.

Now self-employed in Sweden, I work as a Project Partner at CIV Group, overseeing market and industry analysis, client development, and customer journey analysis for digital insurance projects across the MENA and Asia-Pacific regions.
